Heart Dissections

Thanks to the Weber State University Anatomy program for visiting our class! Thanks to Dr. Chung's team, we were able to see human hearts from cadavers! One of the hearts even had a pacemaker surgically attached!

After the cadaver demonstrations, students dissected fresh cow hearts, which are anatomically comparable to human hearts. Students were guided through the dissections by WSU anatomy instructors - what an incredible experience!
