District Science Fair

Students were notified of District Science Fair participation last week. If you are an 8th grader, you will participate in the Junior Fair. If you are a 9th grader, you will participate in the Senior Fair.

Here are instructions for the Junior Fair:

Date: Tuesday Feb 13th 2018

Transportation: Junior High 8th graders will be bussed to the competition. Find Mrs. Robins standing by the bus at 7:45AM in the parking lot. If you ride a bus to school in the mornings we will wait for you.

Fair Location: Ogden School District (Building #8) 1950 Monroe Blvd.

Set-Up: 7:30 - 9:00AM. Parents & public may view projects until 9AM.

Judging: 9:00AM - 1:00PM. Parents & public are not allowed during judging.

What to Bring: Display Board, Log Book, Homework for the day from school to work on. Students must also bring their own lunches.

What to Expect:

- Dress nicely and bring all the supplies needed if you project includes a display or demonstration.

- Practice presenting. You will be judged at least 3 times. You need to stay by your project in case judges come back to ask additional questions.

- Please bring something to do, like a book. If you bring an electronic device, you are responsible for it.
